Name and digital signatures
The process begins with suitable name evaluation and Digital Signature Certificates for persons signing electronic incorporation forms. Name approval remains subject to MCA rules and availability.
Integrated incorporation forms
SPICe+ captures incorporation particulars and works with linked forms such as e-MOA, e-AOA and AGILE-PRO-S where applicable. Information must remain consistent across every form and attachment.
Registrar review and approval
After filing with applicable fees, the Registrar may approve, reject or request resubmission. On approval, the Certificate of Incorporation provides the CIN, while PAN and TAN are generally allotted through the integrated process.
